Ambic Dilution™ system is to dilute concentrate chemical with water for use. The system is connected to mains water which is controlled by a ball valve.

Ambic has developed the Ambic Dilution™ chemical system to mix concentrate chemical with water. This system is particularly intended for the growing demand to use concentrate chemical to reduce the transportation and packing costs. The system is suitable for use with spraying, dipping or foaming chemicals.

The Ambic Dilution™ system is fitted with two 24V peristaltic pumps with Speed control potentiometers to mix water with a chemical. This could be combination of two High-Volume pumps, two Low-Volume pumps or one of each. Dual Float switches control the output into the diluted chemical container. An optional vacuum switch automates switching the unit on and off in tandem with the milking system. A Time Delay feature is also available; it controls a delay of up to 5 minutes, from when the lower float switch activates, to the start of pumping of the diluted chemical into the container.
