Ambic Remote Delivery System™ is an electronic Extra High-Volume pumping system used on rotary parlour to fill or refill the 40 / 125Lt tank.

The Remote Delivery System™ is a microprocessor-controlled automatic / manual decanting system which can control the operation of up to four different Extra High-Volume Peristaltic Pumps in order to refill header tanks containing fluids for cleaning or sanitisation purposes. Typical applications include the dispensing of acid, alkaline, footbath and teat sanitisation chemicals.

In manual mode, the Remote Delivery System™ will activate when the chemicals level in one of the tanks has dropped below the minimum level set for the header tank. A beacon will start flashing indicating that at least one of the chemicals has gone below the set level and requires replenishing. An LED indicates which container is in need of replenishment; this is then initiated by pressing the button with the illuminated LED which will run for a predetermined time to refill the appropriate tank.

In automatic mode, units can also be programmed to run automatically: The pumps can be programmed to initiate automatically when the chemical in the header tank has dropped below a set level and run for a pre-determined length of time.

Should the pump fail to stop running as a result of any fault condition, a safety cut off will come into operation to stop the pump.
