The New Ambic EasiFoamer™ Plus system is an upgraded and advanced version of the successful Ambic EasiFoamer™ system developed by Ambic. The design has been enhanced to produce superior foam thanks to the following enhancements which improve the quality of foam produced:

• Development of a special stainless mesh to upgrade Ambic’s patented system of foaming meshes in order to optimize the quality of foam generated. The addition of a stainless mesh improves both the consistency of the foam generated and the ability of the foam to adhere to the teat surface

• Replacement of the peristaltic pumps in the EasiFoamer™ Plus System with Ambic’s new Low and Medium-Volume Peristaltic pump which was designed and is produced in-house.

New Features

o Special spring-loaded roller assemblies reduce tube wear, thus prolonging tube life and improving delivery performance and consistency

o Concave tube housing wall assists with keeping the peristaltic tube central in the pump housing, thus improving performance consistency and minimizing wear on the pump tube

o Addition of Ambic’s well proven ATS spigots improves the sealing of the tube joints on both the pick-up and dispensing ports, thus improving pump performance

o Handy single thumb screw on the cover makes assembly/disassembly quick and easy for maintenance purposes

o Cover has a branding area for customization for OEM applications

o Metal Gear Box Gears
