Ambic become proud members of the British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA)

We are pleased to announce that we are now a member of the British Pump Manufacturers Assoc. (BPMA).

BPMA members account for the majority of the £1 billion-plus UK market for pumps and in addition the UK pump industry is a net exporter.

Established in 1941 and incorporated as a company limited by guarantee in 2009, the British Pump Manufacturers’ Association Limited (BPMA) is a Not for Profit trade association representing the interests of UK and Irish suppliers of liquid pumps and pumping equipment.

Steve Dickin Celebrates 25 years of Service at Ambic

On the 15th June, we celebrated Steve Dickin reaching 25 years of service at Ambic.

Steve joined us as a Buyer in 1998 bringing with him buying experience, knowledge of MRP systems and his brief background in toolmaking and engineering design.

IT was also another valued skill that Steve offered which has seen the vast improvement of the Ambic Systems and Network.

Overtime and as the business grew, Steve progressed to become the Purchasing Manager and then more recently, Inventory and Admin Manager.

Steve is for sure a valued asset to the Ambic family and we hope the organised celebrations today have shown that to him.
